I`m guessing you are talking about the short blue hose from the turbo to the intercooler.
If you are, check into doing a cv re-routing which will elem. some of the cv oil vapors soaking up in the hoses, which helps elem.the hose blowing off.
And then check out "My Photos". this is my fix I did last summer with a turbo-intercooler support,it works quite well.
