Re: Turbo Hose blew off again!
This happened to me twice while towing 31' 10K lb. TT and loaded with family, dog & gear. 1st time was first time I towed trailer (at 10,000 miles) last July 4th on I-5 climbing the Grapevine in 103 degree temp. 2nd time was last May less than a week after Ford replaced my second turbo. Towed 10K lb trailer about 1,000 miles since then without losing hose, but my engine check light just came on this evening and I am scheduled to drive 2,000 miles this weekend. Perhaps I will be doing it on my 4th Ford turbo (in only 22,000 mi). [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]
