109 lb.in. rings a bell. I quit bothering with a torque value and just tighten the hell out of them. Install must be squeaky clean. Normally "I'm by the book" but this design is so piss poor that I had to break the rules for safety. I'm going to buy the stuff roofeditor suggested and "glue" the hoses & pipes together.
