I am going to assume you have the strut on your tensioner? I had issues getting a belt from AZ and just went to Ford w/ the old one. Part # and size is at home. I bought 3 from AZ, and 1 from Ford.
The line is a coolant line for the E4OD. IIRC, It runs coolant to the bootom of the rad to help get the tranny to operating temp and assist in cooling the tranny fluid. (More for operating temp) Only us slush box owners have that line.
