Got the PM. The pully was actually on the truck when I bought it. I pretty sure the PS pump is used on lots of applications. Might be able to grap one off some other Ford. Like stated above, check local boneyards, autoparts, or even Ford.
As far as serp belts. It would work. I have a few part numbers for serp pulleys for the York compressors. I've seen the combo v-belt/serp. pulleys. Probally work just as well and you won't need such a long serp. belt. to turn the York.
