The old F-superdutys used a I beam front axle, with the srpings under the beam.. so putting a 60 under it, would mean putting the axle UNDER the springs, this alone, should give around 4-5" of lift.
Also, I'm pretty sure the 88-97 superduties used 19.5" tires, like like the 99+ 450 and 550.
