The AIC from your '04 won't work on the new ride. The '06 has a built-in AIC, but you have to do some wiring to get it to work. I hope you got the upfitter switches with the new ride, because wiring up the stationary elevated idle control (SEIC) is relatively easy with the upfitter switches. Click here for details.
