do i need dual alternators

Hi, getting ready to order a new f450 and am trying to sort out which options I need, like dual alternators. I will be towing a 40' custom aluminum gooseneck with 8 foot living quarters around 22k gvw. It has all LED lights which i think are supposed to draw less power. Being 40' it has a lot of lights. In cab I use a cell phone charger and inverter to run my coffee maker(just hate that flying j coffee). I'm thinking a heavy duty should be enough. Any comments would be appreciated. Chris.
