AS I'm looking at it from the drivers side, wich way increases/decreases voltage?
If I don't have a volt gauge, can I just turn it a little and see if it feels right? Mine is turned all the way counter-clock-wise. My tranny seems to be grabing to hard, so wick way would I want to turn it? Can I just do that and test drive it?

Replace it and get yourself a multimeter to calibrate it.
