a few lumber yards I've pitched a fit.
the forklift guy will load a pallet of concrete just at the end of the truck.
I've offered to drive the forklift for them, but they never let me :-)
just take off the tailgate (so they don't crush it) and get a few empty pallets so they can push it further up.
