I was wondering the same thing. Probably need U bolts too. I've never lifted/ lowered a truck... would the rear end (pinion angle?) need to be adjusted. It would only be +/- 3-4" lower... A dealer mechanic told me that if a truck has had the angle of the driveshaft adjusted more than 2% (raise or lower truck) certain warranty claims would be declined. (most likely U-joints)
