You can use the blocks from a F250 and original U-bolts (since you
will be farther into the threads).

Call some 4 x 4 shops for the blocks. They sould have some (mine were free) off of lifted trucks.

You'll find your truck rides better empty but will sag when loaded.
Then you need air bags.
