My buddy owns a fuel station here in Jersey. The diesel pumps have the new 15ppm stickers on them. So I asked him if it was 15ppm fuel. It clearly states on the sticker that it's 15ppm fuel and was issued by the state of New Jersey. His response...... Nope, same crap. They just sent the sticker in the mail and said put it on. Kinda messed up I think. I'm sure there are some new Mercedes running around with the new motors all ready.
