It has the decals indicating that 2007 and new need the new Ultra Lower Sulfer or is it the decal that indicates there is ULSD in the pump?
If he is showing that ULSD is in the pump and it is in fact not, I hope he does not get caught. Regardless, I believe he has until 1 September 2006 to replace that fuel.
