I have purchased and used oem 6.0 oil filters and amsoil filters, seeing both oem/aftermarket then an amsoil filter anyone that has two good working eye balls and half a brain can tell wich filter has superior cababilities from ten feet away.
[/ QUOTE ]I used the amsoil filters as soon as they were released.I left it in for 3000 miles ,then removed for inspection.I found this filter collapsing in the middle.I called amsoil. They told me it was probally becuase the filter is so effective.I asked ,Doesn't this effect flow of oil?The response I got was,If your oil pressure gauge is reading normal, there isn't a problem .I sent the filter back to them for inspection.I WILL NEVER USE THIS FILTER AGAIN!I think it empedes the flow of oil. What do you have to say to that,BUSE?aka al's parrot
