One thing to always look at with a new trailer is shocks. These are often overlooked, but will provide a very large bang-for-buck improvement in ride and handeling. They don't cost all that much in my opinion, and can really tame a bucking / swaying trailer down.
Another thing I'd recomend are a good set of heavy duty castor wheels at the back end. I've seen enough nasty grade breaks at driveways and around corners to make these another "almost a must". Do make sure they're heavy duty & not a set of light weight plastic units. AND - GO SLOW around nasty corners & heavy grade breaks- you'll save your trailer.
