6 Qts for the 6-speed, just changed mine out in July. Use any good ATF in the transmission....in this application doesn't matter how much slip additive is in it (that's for auto trans guys to worry about). I put amsoil ATF in mine and love how it feels now.
Can't help ya on the quantity needed for the transfer case as I haven't done it yet but you should be able to use any good ATF in there as well.
