Question on rear swing out doors

Hello All,
I'm a new X owner and I noticed that the tailgate doors are very light. They feel like they're fiberglass most likely, they also feel hollow. Now this may seem silly but that is wasted space! Does anyone make some type of kit to maybe install some cubby holes in the inside of those doors? Or do I have to invent one myself? Seems like those hollow doors would be good for storing stuff you rarely ever use, like an emergency kit. Any ideas? Thanks - Tom
