Block Heater Questions - Thanks TDS

Temps here have been running in around freezing for a couple of weeks, and have been in the mid-20s for a week now and look like at least another week of it. With my truck starting so hard in the mornings, even with the Remote Start I figured I was time to get a block heater.

I called my local dealership and asked about having one installed and was told it was going to be some $270. That didn't sound right since the option was only $50 when I ordered the truck.

Thankfully the posters here set me straight. The block heater is installed, I just needed the cord. Sure enough a visit to the parts guy and I'll have on in the morning for $59.

Thanks again!
