E4OD Transmission

Okay, I have about 134K on my 1996 PSD. At about 118K I had my tranny rebuilt. Two weeks ago it went out again. This is the second rebuild. The torque converter was suppose to be a heavy duty but as it turned out, the shop lied (thats another story). The new shop has done all the upgrades and a new HD TQ (specially made using sometype of braising instead ofg pinning). Here is my question: What can I do to keep this one alive for more than 16K? Both the tranny shops used the term "BULLETPROOF" when I left the shop. Yet I now know different.

I have installed another filter on the return line as well as another cooler. Currently I am using a additive to the Mercro, suggested by the latest tranny shop.

Ocassionally, I will tow a boat and camper. I leave the tranny out of OD during that time. Also, I put on a lot of highway miles. So, is there any hope of this tranny making it for awhile?
