engine specs

Dear Diesel lovers

I am planning to installl a diesel motor into a boat I am currently building. The 6.9 or 7.1 liter ford diesel looks at first glance like a good match. Could anyone enlighten me on engine weight , horsepower and torque . Likely I will be looking for a low mileage used unit, so if you know of one I would be interested. Thanks Paulus
