Ford-Diesel RV link

Since there are a lot of RV’ers among us, I exchanged mails with the webmaster of rvadvice.com recommending the inclusion of Ford-Diesel.com and turbodieselregister.com (I don’t participate in brand wars) to their Link’s page.

I just noticed they updated their Links page with both of these sites. Within their Links page these are listed under “other related sites of interest”. Rvadvice has a lot of traffic, is a good site and this is a great forum to help people.

Since we are all in search of information…..hope this fly’s with Jason and troops.

Cheers....Dennis

Re: Ford-Diesel RV link

It worked...

Dodge transmission failures...?

***********
February 5, 2000 Bill writes regarding Ford versus Dodge diesels:

I am looking into buying a 5th wheel (28-32') to take an extended trip. I am considering buying a diesel 1 ton dual wheel tow vehicle. I would like to know the pros and cons of the Ford and Dodge diesels. Do you know of any web site that might have a comparison of these two vehicles?

Dear Bill,
Both trucks do a great job of towing but the Dodges are having an extremely large amount of transmission failures.
The webmaster tells me she just added two new web sites to our Cool Links: She states one site is called Ford-Diesel.com and the other is Turbo Diesel Register. I have not visited these web sites (I don't have time to browse), but they might contain comparison information for you. I don't know the URL to the sites, but Liz says she has "new" tags sitting next to them on our Links page (direct URL link listed above) and they are under the "Other Related Sites" category, alphabetically listed.
