Harassment by other board members

What is this site policy on members harassing others via Private Message? I currently have a member sending nasty unwanted comments. How is this sort of thing handled?

PM one of us moderators or email all of us at moderators@thedieselstop.com with cut and paste of what is being sent. Don't forget to include the sender and save the offending PMs in your inbox. We take care of things like this privately.
