Okay, as long as I've been reading this webpage, you'd think I know this. How do you qoute another post in order to reply to it? You know, where it says (Qoute from SmokeWren: Yadda, Yadda). (No dis-respect intended, SmokeyWren!).

Cool, huh? Click the icon on the top right with the arrow "reply w/quote" and it will pull up a reply page. That page will have the entire entry quoted but just delete what you don't want. Don't touch the first or last parts of the quote commands or the brackets that surround them or else it won't work (e.g., "Quote, /B, Quote")

Great advice, UTAH...
I'm a little worried about Ed, though. Now that he knows how to quote, he may start posting more often...
I would suggest that we use the quote function sparingly since it adds a lot of clutter to most threads. Obviously, if you need to point to a very specific quote 10 posts up in a crowded thread, then it helps with the confusion. But if your response is to a quote only a few posts up, then a simple "name," with your reply should suffice. Just my $0.02, which should cost me $0.13 since I'm butting in .
