Idea for forum pages

Would it be possible to put a forum link bar at the bottom of the pages for each topic as well as at the top of the page? I think it would save a little time when, after reading a long topic I wouldn't have to scroll all the way back to the top to switch whatever forum I'm on. I realize the the lazy factor on my part is very very high, but I had the idea and thought to pass it on.
