MEDIUM DUTY QUESTION - Diesel Forum

I looked at a thread in the F-650/750 section a couple days ago and needed to refer back to it to verify some information.

When I looked for it, it was gone; there was no >next page<, no nothing, it was simply not there.

Is there some way to find these missing threads??

If it's really gone, then that's because it was off topic or not appropriate for posting on TheDieselStop.

Any current moderator can look in the deleted threads area of the website and find any deleted thread. So e-mail or PM your favorite moderator and provide them with specific info about that thread. Most of them will be glad to tell you that the thread was indeed deleted - and why. Or if it's not deleted, they can tell you that, too.

During my years on the moderator hot seat, I often received such requests. But often the answer was that the thread had not been deleted - it was just farther down the forum index than the member looked. So if your memory is a bad as mine, then look at least a couple of weeks past where you thought it should be before you bug a moderator. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/warmsmile.gif[/img]
