Need to suppress the nonsense

PLEASE give readers the ability to rate each reply for being off-topic. A popular engineering forum called "CR4", from GlobalSpec, has a button to "rate" each reply. The effect is that replies from people who insist on running their mouth but had nothing good to say are hidden (but not deleted) so readers who are interested in the topic don't waste their time reading junk. I have to say it would be a welcome addition to this site. Thanks.

Under the username on each post there are 4 buttons. One of those buttons is "report post". When you see a post that is off topic or otherwise breaks the rules of TheDieselStop, click on that button. The volunteer moderators will be notified to pay special attention to that post. If it is off topic - in the opinion of the moderator - then it will be deleted, or moved to another thread in an appropriate forum where it will be on topic.
