Re: New Diesel

Had the good god almighty startled from me at a D----e dealer when I was looking at new trucks! Had a salesman come over,he looks over at my F-250 PSD,and says "You know Ford is going to the C-----s soon."I jumped all over that with" Why in the ---- would they do that!" Left promptly. Next 2 or 3 Ford dealers laughed when I brought it up! Heard the same thing, they are keeping things as they are with a few changes.

Re: New Diesel

Thank the Truck Gods, The international diesel is a great motor with good "useable power" and economy. International is a market leader and will be able to deliver a sound product for years to come. I feel Ford needs to make Quality Job 1 Quality Job 1 again. With the new GM truck, I know this will make the Ford a better Truck. I know Dodge is having problems again, but Hopefully they will survive and give Ford a run for there money. Which will make Ford a better product again.

Re: New Diesel

The new engine(s) are scheduled for CY 2002, which probably means model year 2003.

This is a good topic for the General Diesel forum, so I'll move it to there.
