I ordered two new servers today to replace our current ones. I think we have reached the limit of the existing ones .. particularly at peak times and when doing searches across multiple forums. The new ones are both dual-processor Xeons with lots of memory and hard drive space. I hope to get everything moved over in January. I do not anticipate there being much downtime, if any.
