Is it okay to post items For Sale?

I have some items from my wrecked F-350 that I would like to make available to the members of this site. I do not wish to auction them off on ebay and would prefer that some fellow Powerstrokers have an opportunity to buy them. Please let me know if this is acceptable, and if so which forum would be appropriate to post these items.
