You already posted it in the right forum on top so this is a duplicate and dup's make it tough to get info since it's scattered out.
However, since you asked about profile and signature I'll guess you mean in your sig and you can't on TDS. Pics can only be linked to, or in your avatar as I have each; link in my sig and pic as my avatar.
You can log in to "Photos" from the menu with the same user ID and password and store a few pics there.
