The only ones I have seen are coming from external links, like when you click on someones photo link. I always get a pop-up or two when I go to photopoint. An X-10 popup is just about guaranteed. [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img] I'm sick of X-10, they have pop-ups everywhere. [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img]
That may have be the case I don't remember clicking on an pictures thow!

Fred that is one more of those neccessay evils we have to put up with. Yea I hate those buggers to. The worst ones to me are the ones that are bright yellow and flashing at the same time. I notice them allright but they surly have the wrong effect on me [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img] . I get jokers clicked off quick [img]images/icons/laugh.gif[/img] [img]images/icons/laugh.gif[/img] .

Pop ups were irritating me too so I downloaded Pop Up Killer or PUK for short.It's freeware and works very well.If you get a pop up ad you just place it on a list and from then on it won't it open.You can also limit the number of windows that will open at any given time so you wont have 5 or 6 pop ups at a time. www.software.xfx.net is the website.I've been using it about a month and I love it.
I went to my web site today and got a pop up for microsoft something. [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img] Got my webmaster on it already. That is unnaceptable to have that if you don't want it or it was done without your permission.

Thanks, That must be it. We couldn't figure it out. I only got it once, but wanted to make sure customers were not getting these. My web master assurred me that Trident hosting does not allow popups at all.
I don't remember where I came from, but it must have been that.
