posting a avatar

I shrank a picture to 56x75 pixels and it's jpeg but wont let me use it as an avatar, says it is improper picture type. Picture is on this site search for whatabudro -user "cooter brown" - picture thanks for the help [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]
