Re: posting a pic!!

I am using the same login name, password that lets me into the forum, but will not let me into the photo area. Who should I contact???

Nevermind, it is asking for my username, not my login name, do not know why? Anyway, works now. Thanks for help.

Re: posting a pic!!

I guess I'm not very good at this. I've followed your directions and I still can't get my photo to show below my name. Any suggestions?

Re: posting a pic!!

RheaMan beat me to the reply. He was replying while I was editing your profile. You had copied the browser link of the photo into the photo line instead of the individual picture URL like the instructions point out. You're all set now.

That linking to a webpage and not a particular photo is a mistake that is often made and can drive people nuts. You can always check if you have the right link by right clicking on the actual picture and then compare that URL or simply copy that right clicked properties URL for the picture.

Well slap me silly and pass the "dunce cap" ... you're absolutely right and I just commited a "posting sin". What I just did is what bugs me in many threads ... where people post based only on what is said in the last post and really add nothing to the overall thread since they obviously haven't taken the time to review the entire discussion. I don't often do that, but did here. ... Sorry.
