POSTING PICS

i'm pretty computer illiterate and i've tried to get my pics uploaded but i get the same thing that my file has exceded the 250kb limit i don't know how to change the size any help for me?

To make an image file smaller than 250K, you need to process it with an image editor. One such editor, which is freeware and very popular is Irfanview . You can open your image and then save it to a different name and it can create a smaller file size. I am referring to .jpg images which is what you were trying to upload I presume.

You did not say how large your native files were, but with digital cameras nowadays, and with the increased pixel capabilities, file sizes can be quite large. Much larger than files from earlier digital cameras.
