Answer!
Look up at the top where is says "My Home"
Click on it.
Scroll down to where it says "Personal information, email, password, etc" and click on the edit pencil next to that.
Then scroll down to where it says "URL to your picture (65x75 max pixels, may be smaller) (.gif, .jpg, .png accepted)"
and place the address of the picture you want in the box below.
Now, you must also upload a pic to a place that lets you link to it, so do what many others do, and use/create a TDS gallery of your pics. Then use the address of the uploaded pic.
