Question for the Bank's chat.

Jason, In keeping with the theme of time management, here is my question ahead of time.

I would like to improve the performance of my truck but more importantly, I need to get fuel mileage back up to the 20 mpg range I had before Ford's unauthorized, detrimental PCM reflash that was performed on my truck that took away 4 mpg and a ton of driveability. I have a few questions:

Has Banks ever tried changing a 1999+ PSD to 3:55 or higher gear ratio in combination with any of the Banks kits? If so what were the results. If not, could you comment on the possible benefits/shortcomings of doing this.

Would there be any benefit to the installation of turbo back exhaust and air cleaner/intercooler upgrade only? If installing a Banks chip or anyone else's chip for that matter puts more fuel to the engine, would the stock program be better for fuel mileage with better breathing.

Does Banks have any intention of bringing to the market a type of device that has multiple settings to enhance a powerpack kit? For example: Fuel economy, tow, performance. If not, could you comment why.

Thanks Jason

Re: Question for the Bank's chat.

Heres one as well:

For those of us that have lifted our SDs beyond the realm of the 35" tire, is there a way to compensate for the 600 rpm limit of reprogramability of the stock computer with the TransCommand or the Banks chip?

Or, is Banks engineering currently, or have any plans to develop technology to assist with the speedometer or shift points for those vehicles running larger tires. (39"+ etc...)
