Question on forum advertisers!

This may be a strange question, but it's happened to me on a few different occassions, and I'm wondering if there is a solution?

Several times now, when reading a post, or clicking from one post to another, a particular Advertiser (top of the page) comes up, but as I raise my cursor to click on it, it changes!
My question is, are we able to somehow go back, to the previous adveriser? I've tried "refreshing" but it continues forward....and I would imagine I'd have to refresh many many many times to ever get back to the same advertiser I wanted to check out, so is there a way to go back to that particular advertiser?

The most recent one was advertising a 6 speed transmission, so I thought I'd check it out, but as mentioned, by the time the cursor was brought up, it was gone and another had taken it's place!

Thanks in advance!

Dale

This has happened to me as well and have wondered the same thing. I had one I wanted to go to and never did see it again.

Re: Question on forum advertisers!

Most of those ads at the top of the screen are by regular advertisers on TheDieselStop. So they should be in the list of sponsors when you scroll up to the top of the screen to the menu bars, then click on "links" then on "sponsors". If you recall the name of the company and not just the product, then you can find the sponsors listed alphabetically in the sponsors page.

For example, right now as I write this there are 3 ads at the top of the screen. Diesel Performance Products, Diesel Innovations, and LUK clutches. Diesel Performance Products and Diesel Innovations are right there in the list of sponsors - where you'd expect to find them. No listing for LUK, so I have to dig a little deeper. Aha! There they are. Hidden under Dial-A-Clutch. But since we don't have hundreds of sponsors, it took me only a minute or to to figure out that Dial-a-Clutch are the LUK folks.
