Questions for Banks

I have some questions:

1. What is Banks' take on the cackle/knock problem? I think this would be the foremost question by most everyone.

2. This one might be a little dicey, but perhaps he could be questioned about the frequent complaints of poor customer support with his company.

3. Is it true that chipping a truck into higher horsepower provides more torque than the automatic transmission can handle...this is my prime reasion for shying away from a chip or kit.
