for sale board question

I pretty new to the board and may not understand how the for board works. for items posted how do you contact the seller except by email of phone if supplied. the reason I ask is that I have emailed a couple sellers that I was interested at the price posted and do not get replys. is this possibly a case of the item has been sold and the seller isn't bothering to delete their item or is there a way to contact them via this web site.

It could be either scenario. I myself have posted things for sale in there and did get some replies but never sold anything or for that matter, I never went back and deleted it!

I think you have to look at the current stuff.
