salespeople replying to posts

Hows come it seems that noone can ask a question around here without a vendor replying they have the best stuff? This happens from exhausts, to chips, to guages, to H/X lines, to fuel mods , etc. There ae some vendors that do it non stop.and they know who they are. There are also vendors that are board sponsors, and they do not jump in every post saying they have the best. These are the people I buy from. I thought the purpose of this board was to ask other truck owners what they had and what the best products out there are, and also what works , not to be a 24 hr sales window. All we are missing now is the annoying popup windows.

Re: salespeople replying to posts

Well . . . if somebody ask an a question like "which exhaust is the best" I see nothing wrong with a vendor suggesting their product. Hey, don't suppose you need some lights?

It can get annoying but I don't see anything wrong with it. Sponsors help keep this site open and FREE

Re: salespeople replying to posts

I just overlook the posts that are from vendors. If you're selling it, I'm not listening. If you bought it, I'm all ears.

Places that have really good stuff will be talked about heavily by their customers anyway (i.e. Brian's Truck Shop, Suncoast, Diesel Innovations, TS Performance, etc.).

I agree
thats why I would rather hear it from an Individual rather than a Saleperson.
