Why do you want to discuss breaking the law?

Smokey using that perspective we shouldn't talk about Chipping either as that allows vehicles to smoke and pollute more. The old argument of hush hush on EGR posts holds NO WATER AT ALL. Plenty of sites out there talk about it and don't get into any trouble. Funny thing is looking at other sites owned by this company this stuff is talked about freely.................

Why would someone that has a significant investment in a site such as this want the liabilities involved from accusations of facilitating in violating well-known laws?

Most of that stuff is environment stuff and really do not have any safety issues tied to it. There is a whole bunch of allowed discussions on these forums that are not unnecessarily legal and do have a safety concerns.

Anyone who can honestly say with a straight face that they did not know it was illegal to disable emissions control devices has either been living under a rock or is a child. The federal law that covers this has been in place since the mid-70's.

Fellas -- As Dick stated, the membership agreement has not changed. Threads/posts discussing disabling emissions control devices are not allowed here. If you want to discuss this type of thing, there are plenty of other sites out there to do so.

I think the original question has been answered and as such, I closing this thread.

Cheers from Tulsa, OK!
