Scams for selling trucks.

OK I listed a pickup for sale. (you can find it in for sale area)

Guess I broke rules by putting info here that helps this make sense. To be nice lets just say "I AM NOT SELLING THIS TRUCK" I put in add that the truck is NOT MINE and I have NEVER SEEN IT. Plus I put the price that I heard was $20k. Guess cut/paste of info broke fourm rules. I don't feel this makes 1/2 as much sense without it.



So about 3 weeks later I get this. "

Most assuredly a scam. You will find the bank will cash the money order then jerk the funds back when they discover it is a forgery. It is going on all over. It started with folks wanting to send you a money order for several thousand dollars over the price, you send them a check for the difference once the money order "clears".

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! We have a winner! First of all, i dont know where these guys are from that make these things up, but NONE of them that i have encountered have a good command of the english language. It really cracks me up how they try to sound very official and intelligent, instead they sound like morons...haha.... i just wish there was some way of catching one of these crooks... happened to me a few months back before i had heard about this happening...ALMOST got away with my $3500.00, i had cashed his check and then he started getting real wierd, so i told him forget it, i would send his money back, i didnt want to deal with him...made out a NEW cashies check at my bank for the amount he sent and shipped it FedEx....The next day bank calls....sorry casey the check you deposited a few days ago....its fake! THANK GOD he had not cashed that cashies check yet and i was able to cancel it! Took 90 days of waiting and hoping to finally find out I had the money back! Those people WILL get what is coming to them one day....
