Signature gone?

I notice that I, along with some others, have lost our "signature."
I still show it on my "home" and I even re-submitted it, but it's still gone. What's up???

O.K. On edit, I notice that we have to check each time we post to add signature. It used to be automatic. I like automatic better.

Mine defaults to a checkmark in the block for "add signature to this post". So, in effect, it is automatic. But it's pretty easy to click on that block if I want to turn it off for that post.
