I realize that things are differnt for each person, I have Charter Cable Modem,,Silver package. (The middle one)

As I post this I am trying to do a Trace ,,I have some very long lags,,when I post.
Some times 30-45 or more seconds.
Very frustrating. I know it may not be in the servers..but wonder if there is anyone that can help me figure out what is causing it.
