Slow website

I wish that the powers that be would speed up TDS website. I'm on dsl and this site is still slow around 7pm West Coast Time. I don't think it's my computer because the other sites I go to are still fast. Oh well.. Life is tough. Can't complain too much because TDS is a REAL GOOD site...

Re: Slow website

It took me a while to figure it out but they do site maintainance at 4:00 AM EST here on the east coast which is 3 hours ahead of the PST that you are using.I am up every morning having my coffee before work and checking out the boards I visit and you can plan on them being down from 4 'till about 4:30 every day.I don't have this problem with any other board but this is not really a problem as long as you know about it.
I started noticing this a little over a year ago,"right after I got cable)"and needless to say I was not happy but once I figured out that there was a pattern to the slow feed I concluded that whatever was causing it was causing it every day at the same time I can get on with my life. LOL Ron

Re: Slow website

SEE HERE

This will be happening soon, and should help things speed up a bit as well. It might already be happening.

Once archiving is complete, I expect the speed during peak hours to pick up.
