software headaches

A little help please. I looked and could not find how to reset the preferences so the folders would change colors from my last log in.

The folders all stay pink, even if I have read them, log off and back on.

I am using netscape as my browser, downloaded the upgrade around Christmas, but I don't remember the version number.

Go to the preferences link above, and click the link that says delete all cookies set by this forum. This should solve your problem

If it does not, try setting the cache off or setting it to a size of zero.
