I do not what you did but the speed is as fast as our high speed connection on my nt at work. I've had my usual problems with pc at hame and have been extremely busy at work and setting up retirement begining next year.
Well about a week ago I got everything back at home and the speed is incredible. Prodgy has helped this a little, but you had to do something on your end.
Keep up the muck appreciated work, by me atleast.

It is working well here, too, now. But, I will say for the most part this site has been by far the slowest one I access on a regular basis (even with my two-way cable modem). I surf the LS1, Corral, and others and they are way faster, even loading the pictures some of the guys post in their threads. Dunno, maybe it's my end, but it just seems to be this site and none others...
Troutly I have a Microsoft Natural Keyboard and I use the back key on it and it goes through the usb part of the computer and boy does that speed up the back section. The difference of the speed on the boards is dramatic at home now. Hope it lasts.
The keyboard has two usb hubs built into it. Sure wish the mouse worked on usb also.

I haven't done anything here. We are bumping the speed up on our Internet link in the next couple of weeks though. That is currently our limiting factor.
If you have any extra SPEED, ( no I dont mean drugs ) send me some!!! It takes 30 seconds to load the advertiser and 15 seconds to load the page!! I avg between 33600 - 48000 bps, is there something wrong on my end??
Maybe I just need to get my puter CHIPPED!!

Ireally wish I knew what happened as I have had mor than my share of personal confuser troubles with home systems. Not much troble with systems at work, we caint post from there though. I got an email from Prodgy that we can now sign in on our home page from any computer anywhere. Maybe posting will be a side benifit. Its about time the computer gods smiled on me. Prodigy claims to have upgraded their system and gave us a new connection number.
Wish I knew wht was different cause if I did I would send everybody atleast two bucketsfull and a glassfull . Mine was as slow or slower than yours until I got everything reloaded and back to normal about a week ago.
