I think the first link is a carryover from the old system. Not sure it's updated, but an Admin would have to confirm or deny that.
Your second link is more current, I believe, as the supporting vendor forums were just recently set up. It is possible that some vendors may not have a forum.
Again, an Admin will have to chime in with the absolute latest word.
