Strange things happening in the PM world

I received a notice in my e-mail that I had a PM. Instead of using the link inside the email to go to my PM I just jumped over to the open window to TDS.com and refreshed the screen and I couldn't find the new PM. I closed the window and went back to the email and used the link in the email to get to the new PM and it worked. Now a couple of days later I'm looking in MY PM's and it's still not there. I deleted the email so I dont have the link to check it again that way.

What gives????
